Please see each individual property for the application to download.
Every adult over the age of 18 is required to complete an application form if they are going to be residing at the property.
Once completed, please submit to our office in person or via email (mailto: lilydale.vic@raywhite.com) and provide copies of your identification of 100 points for each applicant – as per the checklist.
Please note, applications will not be processed & presented to the owner for approval without first attending an inspection and viewing the property.
Allow at least two (2) business days for processing the applications and presentation to the owner for approval.
If you are successful with your application, you will need to come into the office to sign the lease agreements & pay the first months’ rent in full within 24 hours of being advised successful.
